The conference highlighted all forms of research and applications related to advances in engineering structures, mechanics and construction. The conference promised to be an interesting event. The technical program involved the presentation of seventy-three papers, by more than one-hundred and fifty authors representing fifteen countries. The opening technical session of each day of the three-day conference featured two Plenary presentations, followed by two parallel tracks of technical sessions for the remainder of the day. This Conference Proceedings contains the texts of all three plenary presentations and all seventy-three technical papers.
