We are looking for an engineer to support the activities of the Mobile Robitics Group.
Her/his tasks will be to support for the development of software and hardware in the different research activities of the group for the estimation and control of robots and aerial manipulators with high movement dynamics and continued development of our free WOLF estimation software. Software for the autonomous navigation of AGVs, ADAS and autonomous driving, development of robot navigation tools for elderly care, development of machine learning strategies for neuromorphic processing in event cameras.

This job offer is financed through the INVESTIGO 2023 program of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Resolution REU/3930/2022, of December 13, which opens the call for the granting of public grants for the financing of the Investigo Program, for the recruitment of young people seeking employment in the implementation of initiatives of research and innovation, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan - financed by the European Union - Next Generation EU, for the year 2023 (ref. BDNS 664047))
In accordance with this program, candidates selected for this offer must meet these essential requirements:
a) Be under 30 years old
b) Be unemployed and registered as a job seeker in the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC)
c) Not having developed any type of research activity at the CSIC during the 6 months before the start of the contract

About the position:
- Duration: 24 months, full-time
- Salary: 26.169,12 € gross per year
