Project Description
The overall aim of ProGEMS is to propose a general hybrid phenomenological-probabilistic modeling framework to enhance interpretability, predictive performance, and reliability in green energy and manufacturing systems. The idea is to use machine learning techniques to improve Phenomenological-based Semi-physical Models (PBSM). Moreover, the international cooperation between the two research groups in Colombia and Spain represents a valuable opportunity to combine their respective areas of expertise: modeling on one side, and estimation, monitoring, and control on the other.
