Description
The aim of this industrial PhD thesis (under the program supported by the Generalitat de Cataluunya) is to develop and implement nonlinear control strategies for the fuel-cell-based vehicles. Based on a state of the art related to air turbo-compressor technology, the work will be focused on both the design of control strategies and the experimental validation of Hardware in the Loop (HiL) approaches at component level. Certain vehicle integration tasks will be also performed. The PhD researcher will spend most of the time at Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH (Würzburg, Germany) complementing with academic activities and scientific advising at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC), IRI (UPC-CSIC) at Barcelona, Spain. The selected candidate will be awarded a doctoral diploma upon a successful completion.
