Welcome message of M. Pierre de SAINTIGNON, Vice-Major of Lille.
During the welcome reception, there will be a "Beer Ceremony". Mr Jean-Louis Lezaire, head of the "Golden Hop" brotherhood will present the different steps for beer making, from the hop fields to the beer glass. Attendees will be invited to learn how to savour several famous and typical beers from North of France. Enjoy!
