Detailed Description

A modified 6-Wheelie mechanism with one degree of freedom. This is the same as Wheelie6 but with one bar less (the one connecting triangles t5 and t1, the last bar in the original file). Removing one bar gives one degree of freedom to the mechanism.

  • Generate the equations: Execute
  • Solve the positional analysis problem: Execute
    • cuik examples/Wheelie/Wheelie6mobile_kin
  • Examine the solutions:
    • Inspect the resulting solution file (wheel6_kin.sol) with the original set of equations, the simplified set, the set of solutions and the statistics on the solving proces.
    • Generate 3d projections of the one-dimensional solution space with cuikplot3d.
    • Separate the different connected components of the solution space with cuiksort.
    • Generate animations of the mechanism moving along a given one-dimensional connected component using cuikanimate.
