The Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial (IRI), CSIC-UPC is looking for a person to support the center's promotion, communication and outreach activities.

ABOUT IRI:
IRI is a Joint University Research Institute participated by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) that conducts research in human-centered robotics and automatic control. The institute is a key player in the Spanish robotics and automatic control scenes, and a valued participant in a large number of international collaborations including ten ongoing European projects and an ERC Advanced Grant.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
The tasks to be carried out by this person would be the following:
- Communication and promotion of activities
- Management of social networks
- Web content editing and management
- Stimulation and promotion of networking activities
- Interaction with the media, writing press releases, and representing the center.
- Design and execution of scientific outreach activities for non-specialized audiences (schools, general public, etc.)
- Support in the production of audiovisual material
- Elaboration of reports related to the center's activitiy
- Management and updating of records and databases.


ABOUT THE CONTRACT:
- Full-time contract
- Contract duration: Indefinite
- Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
- Possibility of working from home partially
- Training plan.
- This contract will be within the LabORA initiative co-financed by IRI and the "Departament d'Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya"
