Description
Kognia Sports and the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial are seeking a PhD Student to work on the topic of learning the semantics of soccer from video.
The PhD student will be supervised by Dr. Francesc Moreno Noguer (IRI) and Dr. Maurici López Felip (Kognia).
Duration of the position: 3 years that can be extended to 4. Opportunity of permanent position upon completion of the program.
The contract is expected to start on September-October 2021.
Requirements
| Qualifications: | Students graduated in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical engineering, Telecommunications or related careers. |
| Knowledge: | The candidate should have experience in computer vision and deep learning. |
| Languages: | Fluent in English |
| Other: | Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply |
