Gerard Canal received his bachelor degree in Computer Science at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2013. He obtained his Master degree in Artificial Intelligence at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Universitat de Barcelona (UB) and Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), in 2015. His main research interests include the development of novel assistive technologies based on social robotics involving computer vision.
