Abstract
This work presents a simple real-time algorithm to estimate fuel cell parameters from easy to measure signals. The novelty of the proposed approach is that, different from more standard estimation algorithms, it does not require persistence of excitation, which is a condition that is rarely satisfied in practice. Therefore, the algorithm can be implemented in scenarios with low informativity data.
