David received his PhD from Aalto University Intelligent Robotics group in April 2024, supervised by Prof. Ville Kyrki, where he focused on learning representations and policies for robotic manipulation.
Curerntly, David is a post-doc at the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial, CSIC-UPC. His research interests line in the field of robotics and machine learning, focusing on learning robotic manipulation, with a special interest in deformable objects.
