Gabriela Cembrano is a tenured researcher of the Spanish Research Council (CSIC)since 1989. She received her MSc and PhD degrees in Industrial Engineering and Automatic Control from UPC. Since 2007, she is also a member of the Scientific Direction of CETaqua. Her main research area is Modelling, Supervision and Control, with applications in water systems. Currently, she is Scientific Director of EC project EFFINET FP7 ICT-318556 and Spanish research grant ECOCIS DPI2013-48243-C2-1-R.
